Label-free assay for NK cell‑mediated cytolysis

Natural Killer (NK) cells are bone-marrow-derived lymphocytes originally identified by their large granular morphology. In this application note, Agilent summarizes a series of experiments to demonstrate how the xCELLigence real-time cell analysis system can be applied to quantitatively, and dynamically monitor NK cell-mediated cytolysis without labeling the target cells.
