Label-Free Cellular Assay Enables Detection of Endogenous Chemokine Receptor Activity in Human T Lymphoblastoid Cells

Corning® Epic® label-free cell assay technology utilizes a resonant waveguide grating sensor to monitor the integrated cellular responses initiated by the activation of target proteins. In this study, a label-free assay was developed to investigate the activities of an endogenously-expressed chemokine receptor CCR4 in CCRF-CEM cells.
