Laser Particle Size Measuring Instruments for the Determination of Particle Size Distributions

26 Sept 2016

This note describes the applications of laser diffraction for the determination of particle size distributions. Two examples of particle size distribution in food and beverage samples are presented.

1. Particle size distribution of homogenized milk (red) and cream (blue) measured with an ANALYSETTE 22 NanoTec.
2. Particle size distribution of four different types of chocolate samples with an ANALYSETTE 22 NanoTec.
