Low/No Cost Assays using 1536-Well Plates Analyzed by the iQue HD

3 Aug 2015

The typical target for reagent cost is less than 10 cents per well. This cost point is nearly impossible to meet in 96- and 384-well plates, but is achievable with 1536-well plates. The introduction of the iQue® HD means that assaying objects in suspension can now be done affordably. IntelliCyt’s new iQue HD is the only commercially available high throughput flow instrument capable of analyzing 1536-well plates; this application note explores such applications.
