Low Volume Nucleic Acid Quantification and Non-Invasive Oxygen Sensing

This note describes use of the Eppendorf µPlate G0.5 and the PreSens OxoPlate® devices in the multimode readers TriStar² S LB 942 and Mithras ² LB 943 for low volume UV absorbance based nucleic acid quantification and for 96 well oxygen monitoring respectively.
