MagicPrep NGS automated library preparation for sequencing on the Element AVITI system
9 Mar 2023Routine manual preparation of genomic libraries is a process that takes up to ~5 to ~7.5 hours of personnel time. In this poster, learn more about MagicPrep™ NGS, a hands-free, walkaway solution for saving time by automating the preparation of both DNA and RNA libraries. The generated libraries are readily sequenced on Illumina® platforms. However, these libraries can be directly converted, without amplification, to Element AVITI™-ready samples via the Adept™ Library Compatibility Kit v1.1 with no reduction in library quality. Explore the comparion of libraries generated from MagicPrep NGS on the Illumina MiniSeq™ platform against the Element Biosciences AVITI System. The AVITI sequencing reads are comparable to MiniSeq reads across all metrics, highlighting the potential for automated Element Biosciences library preparation with MagicPrep NGS.
