MassivEV EV Purification Column PS instruction manual

FUJIFILM Wako introduces the MassivEV™ EV Purification Column PS for high-purity extracellular vesicle (EV) isolation. Utilizing the PS affinity method, it enables efficient purification from cell culture supernatants by binding phosphatidylserine (PS) on the EV surface. EVs are eluted with a chelating agent, with binding capacities of 5x10¹¹ particles for the 1-mL column and 2.5x10¹² particles for the 5-mL column, depending on conditions.
