Measuring the Density of High-Viscosity Creams and Ointments Using DS7800

This application note describes the measurement of the density of high-viscosity creams and ointments using the DS7800 density meter. It is also suitable for other high-viscosity samples, such as from the food or homecare industry. Results show that the DS7800 density meter is faster and can be logged and filed more easily compared to the normal method.
