Meeting UHPLC Needs with High Purity Water

As conventional HPLC systems are replaced with UHPLC systems, questions are arising concerning the best choices of solvents for these systems. This application note describes a series of experiments using water from a Milli-Q® water purification system. Results demonstrate that freshly produced ultrapure water is suitable for UHPLC analyses and that it helps to provide stable baselines and optimal chromatographic performance.
