Milk Adulteration with Melamine – Screening, Testing and Real-Time Detection

This case study highlights where testing, screening and RTD have been used to measure melamine content in milk. Traditional testing methods LC/MS and GC/MS, NIR Screening methods, and real-time detection via DSA-TOF/MS are described.
