Miniaturization of High Throughput Flow Assays for 384-Well Low Volume and 1536-Well Plates: Detection of Multiplexed Analytes in 6 µL Assays with the iQue Screener and MultiCyt QBeads

This poster presents the miniaturization of IntelliCyt’s standard Multicyt® QBeads™ assay for cytokine detection for high throughput screening from a standard 30 L down to 6 L total assay volumes in both 384-well low volume plates and 1536-well plates.
