Molecular interaction analysis by grating-coupled interferometry (GCI)

Employing grating-coupled interferometry (GCI) technology, researchers can reliably determine off-rates of up to 10s-1, starting with just a crude reaction mixture. Combined with microfluidics which can sustain a wide variety of solvents — including acetonitrile and high concentrations of DMSO — the occurrence of false positives is minimized.
