Monitoring of Renilla Luciferase Activities In-Vitro and In-Vivo

This application note discusses bioluminescence imaging (BLI) of luciferase reporters, firefly and Renilla luciferase. This provides sensitive and quantitative detection of cellular response with minimal posttransfection processing.
