Monodisperse fully porous particle (MFPP) use for increasing resolution in liquid chromatography

2 Nov 2023

In this application note, Mac-Mod discusses a way to increase the resolution in monodisperse fully porous particle (MFPP) when allied with a new range of stationary phase chemistry. This new discovery of combining monodisperse silica with new diverse stationary phase ligands will overcome the limitation of resolution when involving metabolites and isomeric species and potentially achieve greater selectivity and resolution between analytes. This new development will increase efficiency and create new selectivity options to develop more robust and reproducible methods to separate more complex sample mixtures.
