MS/MS^ALL with SWATH^TM Acquisition for Targeted Quantitation and Unknown Screening of Pesticides

This poster demonstrates a generic information-independent acquisition workflow to perform targeted quantitation and unknown screening of pesticides. Fruit and vegetable samples were extracted using QuEChERS approach, and then subjected to a generic RPLC separation. High resolution TOF MS data was acquired using a MS/MS^ALL with SWATH^TM (Sequential Windowed Acquisition of all Theoretical Masses) method.
