Multichannel Optimization of LC-MS with the Thermo Scientific™ Prelude LX-4 MD™

This study evaluates the analytical performance of the new Thermo Scientific™ Prelude LX-4 MD™ HPLC for simplifying LC Tandem-MS workflow and improving throughput. Currently, clinical laboratories are facing challenges in handling a large number of samples with crowded lab space and shortage of experienced staff. The Prelude LX-4 MD™ is a four-channel HPLC, designed to increase productivity. The results demonstrated that each channel can operate independently, allowing up to four identical or different test methods to be run, maximizing method flexibility.
