Multiplex Analysis of Rat Cytokines and Diabetes Biomarkers Using Bio-Plex Pro Rat Cytokine and Diabetes Assays

In this application note from Bio-Rad, rat cytokine and rat diabetes sandwich immunoassays are validated according to performance criteria of life science, preclinical, and pharmaceutical research. Criteria include assay range, sensitivity, accuracy, specificity and linearity of dilution. The array system is shown to be more sensitive, have a larger dynamic range, and a shorter assay time compared to conventional ELISA.
