Multitask Microscopy - Live Cell Imaging

This technical note shows that molecular and physiological processes can all be controlled very precisely using the SIM scanner on the Olympus FluoView FV1000. This combination of 2 scanners integrated with an cLSM provides researchers with a tool for live cell biology.
