Neural Differentiation of Pluripotent Stem Cells
23 Nov 2012The availability of neural progenitor cells is limited, thus differentiation of these cells from pluripotent stem cells may provide an unlimited source for use in therapeutics. In this scientific poster from R&D Systrems, a variety of small molecules were identified that could differentiate human pluripotent stem cells into neural progenitor cells, which could then be expanded in culture.
