New Technology and Workflow for Integrated Collection, Stabilization, and Purification of Circulating Cell-Free DNA

Research into non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) and circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) testing based on circulating cell-free DNA (ccfDNA) is rapidly expanding. PreAnalytiX has developed the PAXgene^® Blood ccfDNA System to preserve the extracellular levels of ccfDNA. This poster presents results of ccfDNA testing of the new system, compared to whole blood samples collected in the BD Vacutainer^® K2EDTA Tube and the Streck CellFree DNA BCT^®.
