Next generation wound healing assay

In this application note, Phasefocus presents a method to directly quantify individual cell migration using the standard scratch wound assay and Phasefocus Livecyte. Automated measurement of single-cell migration was performed using Livecyte's label-free, quantitative phase imaging (QPI) mode and Scratch Wound Dashboard.
