NGSeq 16S V3/V4: Amplicon PCR for 16S library preparation For Illumina MiSeq system

The NGSeq 16S V3/V4 is an ultra-clean master mix for the sensitive amplification of eubacterial DNA including universal primers targeting the V3/V4 hyper-variable region of the 16S rRNA gene. The primers are designed with overhang adaptor sequences suitable for the library preparation for 16S metagenomic sequencing with the Illumina^® MiSeq system.
