Observing Real Time Protein Aggregation Using the pUNk

14 Feb 2017

Dynamic light scattering (DLS) can be to detect the size and distribution of molecules, particles and their aggregates under a variety of solvent conditions. This application note demonstrates how the pUNk DLS system can be used to measure the ratio of monomers and aggregates in a mixture before and after centrifugation. DLS measurements are performed quickly and non-invasively, allowing dynamic processes to be observed very easily and with great sensitivity.
