Olive Oil Methods on the Spectroquant^® Prove

This application note outlines a method for measuring olive oil purity using UV spectrophotometric techniques. The method demonstrates that the Spectroquant^® Prove 300 and Spectroquant^® Prove 600 are suitable for determining K values of olive oil.
