Online Hydrodynamic Size Measurements Using the pUNk

This application note describes how the pUNk DLS system can be linked to any chromatography system to provide an indication of size distribution and aggregate content. Here size exclusion chromatography (SEC) in combination with DLS is used to determine the hydrodynamic radius (Rh) and provide reliable estimates of molecular weight of globular species.
