Optimization of cIEF to Resolve Challenging MAb Samples of Clinical Immunodiagnostic Relevance

This application note reports implementation of an improved method of sample preparation for the high resolution separation of proteins based on their isoelectric point. Separation of proteins is used in the biopharmaceutical industry for heterogeneity determination of recombinant monoclonal antibody (rMAb) charge isoforms.
