In this application note, Eppendorf tested the suitability of BioBLU^® 0.3c Single-Use Bioreactors controlled by a DASbox Mini Bioreactor System in the long-term expansion of CD4+ T cells as well as the impact of different oxygen tensions on cell proliferation.
