PD Biomarker Measurement by LC/MS/MS – Resolving Sensitivity and Throughput Challenges Using High Resolution Mass Spectrometry

Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) has become a target for monoclonal antibody analgesics that are under investigation as therapeutic agents against pain. This poster demonstrates the EASY-Spray nano-electrospray ion source for quantification of β-NGF in human serum by immunoprecipitation combined with immunoaffinity liquid chromatography with high-resolution, accurate-mass spectrometry (LC-HRAM-MS/MS).
