Peptide Mapping with Higher Confidence: The Application Capability of IMS QTof Mass Spectrometry with Four-dimension (4D) Peak Detection (RT, m/z, intensity, and CCS values)

This application note describes a biotherapeutic analysis solution that offers both high quality data and a robust and compliant operating software: a high-performing AQUITY UPLC H-Class Bio and Vion IMS QTof System operated by UNIFI software. In this example the system is used for routine peptide mapping. The Vion IMS QTof, paired with UNIFI, delivers highly accurate and stable mass measurements, as well as robust and consistent CCS measurements for each peptide.
