Performance Comparison of Filter Papers for Dried Blood Spot Analysis by LC-MS/MS

Analytical performance of dried blood spots (DBS) can vary with differences in the absorbent filter paper grades and manufacture. To determine optimal filter paper grades for dried blood spot analysis, the authors of this poster compared a variety of commercially available absorbent materials for consistency in weight, whole blood wicking rates and analyte recovery.
