Performance Evaluation of BIO-FLASH® Chagas on biokit’s BIO-FLASH® Analyzer

The new chemiluminescent immunoassay BIO-FLASH® Chagas assay is used on the BIO-FLASH®analyzer. The objective of this study was to evaluate the metrological characteristics of the BIO-FLASH® Chagas assay by testing different sample types, from different sources by sensitivity, specificity and other characteristics including precision and cross-reactivity.
