Phosphoproteome Mapping with the amaZon Speed ETD

This application note demonstrates the performance of an LC-MS/MS alternating CID/ETD acquisition performed on a dual ion funnel amaZon speed ETD ion trap instrument. This was coupled to an Ultimate 3000 nano-LC system and equipped with a CaptiveSpray™ ion source for a human cell line phosphoproteome mapping experiment.
