Preparation of 384-well qPCR Plate using the PrimaRWS34, a PrimaDiag Automated Pipetting Platform

This application note describes the progress and results of qPCR’s tests done, in order to validate the reliability and the reproducibility of a qPCR plate’s preparation, by using an easy to operate automated pipetting platform, the PrimaRWS34. Real-time PCR is used for several applications such analysis of gene expression; mutation; cellular response toward various substances and many more. Used of the PrimaRWS34 allows for high throughput analysis on an intuitive platform.
