Processing of a Complex Lipid Dataset for the NIST Inter-laboratory Comparison Exercise for Lipidomics Measurements in Human Serum and Plasma

This application note shows how an entire untargeted data set from NIST human plasma and serum reference materials can be processed using LipidSearch software, providing simultaneous identification and quantitation of lipids. In this note, almost 1000 lipid species were identified and quantified.
