Profiling Fructosyloligosaccharide- and Galactosyloligosaccharide-containing Samples by HPAE-PAD

This poster describes the development of a High-Performance Anion Exchange Chromatography couple with Pulsed Amperometric Detection (HPAE-PAD) method for determine FOS and GOS profiles in prebiotic samples.
