Protection of bioactive oils using encapsulation

Together with the “Edelbrennerei Brunschwiler” distillery in Switzerland, BUCHI performed vacuum distillation of gin and illustrated that, by changing the boiling temperature at the vacuum distillation, the flavour and taste of the gin changes.
