pUNk Sensitivity: Measuring 0.1mg/ml Lysozyme

This application note describes how the pUNK dynamic light scattering system can be combined with i-Size software to measure low concentrations of weakly scattering proteins. It details the preparation of an example sample of lysozyme powder and taking the measurement. The results obtained show that it is possible to measure just 0.1mg/ml of lysozyme with confidence if proper care is taken to ensure cleanliness.
