Quantitative Label-free LC-MS using a Low Resolution Ion Trap Instrument and Progenesis LC-MS

In this applcation note Progenesis LC-MS is applied to visualize complex MS data and help to optimize quantification of a complex protein mixture separated by LC coupled to a low resolution MS instrument. Analysis of low resolution data at two different scan modes were compared and optimal settings determined.
