In this application note, Inscripta demonstrates the generation of precision-engineered E. coli populations and analysis of pooled growth selection in the presence of inhibitory compounds to identify hundreds of edits that were significantly enriched or depleted in response to each inhibitory compound. This application note demonstrates how the Onyx Digital Genome Engineering platform enables researchers to engineer microbial libraries containing the full breadth and scope of possible edit types through a fully automated workflow.
