Role of Oligomeric Size In Chaperone Function Of αβ-Crystallin

Role of Oligomeric Size In Chaperone Function Of αβ-Crystallin

22 Feb 2017

Oligomerization of αβ-crystallin is essential for its function as a molecular chaperone. This application note presents a study to delete residues 54FLRAPSWF61 in the N-terminal domain in αβ-crystallin and see the effect of deletion on oligomerization and chaperone like function of the protein.
