Sheathless Capillary Electrophoresis Mass Spectrometry: Investigation Using High Resolution Accurate Mass MS for Metabolome Analysis

In this study we investigate capillary electrophoresis (CE) and couple this separation technique to a fast, high resolution/accurate mass (HRAM) mass spectrometer for the analysis of charged species in plasma and urine. Plasma and urine samples are processed with automated, label free, differential analysis software (Thermo Scientific™ SIEVE™ 2.1 software) to extract the maximum number of significant components present.
