Simple Sugars Analysis from Fruit Berries by LC-ELSD Using Luna Omega SUGAR LC Columns

In this application note, simple sugars are separated from goji berries and zante currants using the Luna Omega 3 µm SUGAR LC column. Excellent separation of glucose and fructose leads to accurate quantitation for effective monitoring of sugar content as well as flavor profiles.
