Successful Bioanalytical Sample Preparation without the Dry Down

This application note describes a method for microelution solid phase extraction (SPE), a faster and more sensitive technique to traditional SPE using Phenomenex’s 96-Well SPE Plates. Listed here are examples of applications of microelution SPE including analysis of peptides, pharmaceuticals and drugs of abuse. The article highlights the benefits of microelution SPE using the 96-Well SPE Plate, including lower processing time due to elimination of dry down phase, higher throughput, reduced analyte loss and easy and cost effective processing of samples.
