Synthetic Peptide-Acrylate Surface (PAS) for Culture of Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells in Serum-Free Defined Medium

13 Mar 2011

In this application poster the use of peptide-acrylate surface (PAS) for the culture of bone marrow-derived multipotent human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSC) in serum-free media is described. hMSC expansion on PAS in several commercially available serum-free media was compared to expansion on biological coatings recommended by manufacturers for the corresponding media.
