Ternary Gradient for Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate Impurity Profiling

This application note demonstrates how the simultaneous separation of early-eluting polar compounds and later-eluting nonpolar compounds is achieved by applying a ternary gradient with the Vanquish Flex UHPLC System2 using a Thermo Scientific™ Accucore™ aQ column. The impurities of the antiretroviral drug, tenofovir, are profiled using this method.
