The dual screen: Parallel genome-wide CRISPRi & CRISPRa screening

Pooled CRISPR–Cas9 knock out screens provide a valuable addition to the methods available for novel drug target identification and validation. This application presents a dual-screen approach as a new screening tool for target identification and validation.
