The Use of LC-MS/MS for the Analysis of Allergens in Foods
6 Mar 2015This poster present the first ever allergen method, incorporating diverse allergens such as mustard, tree nuts, milk and gluten, which represent over 16 separate species from different allergenic groups. The work was designed to test the feasibility of developing a screening method which covered several classes of allergens using a single extraction, sample preparation and LC-MS/MS method.
