TIC determination in amine scrubbing solutions for efficiency control of CO2 emission reduction from fossil fuel combustion

In this application note, Analytik Jena presents a solution within its development of new technologies that enables lower carbon dioxide emissions within the major industrial CO2 emitters, to reduce global warming. The vast amounts of CO2 created from fossil fuelled power stations, , waste incineration plants, and cement/concrete production can be converted and reused into carbon neutral products to enable purification, liquefaction, and storage, when absorbed from flu gas, carbon capture and storage plants (CCS). This method shows unlike previous processes that use more man power and sample preparation , it has an overall economic benefit with more advanced and accurate results with low deviation.
