Time Savings: Image Acquisition and Preparation for Publication

6 May 2015

In this case study, Dr Dawn Dawson, Assistant Professor at Case Western Reserve University's Institute of Pathology, evaluates the use of ChromaCal in her research. She conducted a study to evaluate four antibodies for immunohistochemical staining. Images for each antibody were taken and an assessment of the steps taken and time required to bring consistency to the images is given. This was then followed by a comparison of the process and time needed to achieve the same level of consistency using ChromaCal.
