Transfer of an SEC Method for Monoclonal Antibody Analysis from HPLC to UHPLC Using the ACQUITY Arc System

This application used a monoclonal antibody to assess Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) method transfer from an Agilent 1100 Series instruments to the ACQUITY Arc System.
